Would document category matter for submission?

I submitted by SET (M) application on 16th February 2023. As part of the application, I only saw mandatory and other documents to be uploaded to UKVCAS. I uploaded all the documents, but only in mandatory and others. Did not use the categories such as finance, proof of identity, etc as described there and on the forum. Would this have any impact on the timelines?
I applied through super priority and it’s been more than 48 hours and I didn’t hear anything so got me worried.
Any pointers would help.
Thanks
M

No. It will all be visible to UKVI regardless of where you uploaded it categories wise.

How is it "more than 48 hours" when you only enrolled your biometrics yesterday at 11:30am??

Sorry I messed up the dates on the post.
Applied for ILR route: Set(M) Spouse
Application type: Super priority
Date application sent: 16th February 2023
Supporting information submitted to UKVI: 18th February 2023
Date Biometrics Enrolled : 10th March 2023 (Free appointment at 11:30)
Document submission confirmation: 13th March 2023
Approval Received : TBC
BRP Received: TBC
But would they not even inform if any documents are missing in 24-48 hours or intimate what is happening. I saw many others were asked for additional information. I am not even asked that.
Thanks
M

To get a decision by the end of the next working day
If you’re eligible you can choose the ‘super priority service’ when you apply. You’ll need to pay £800 in addition to the application fee.
You’ll get a decision:
by the end of the next working day after your appointment, if your appointment is on a weekday
2 working days after your appointment, if your appointment is at the weekend or on a bank holiday
