Hi,

I am in process of applying for my partners ILR (spouse 5-year route). I myself have ILR.

Her first spouse brp: issued: 06/02/2018, Arrived in UK: 08/03/2018, Valid: 13/11/2020
Second extenson: Applied: 26/09/2020, Issued: 08/01/2021, Valid: 05/08/2023

She has completed 5yr continuous residence on 08/03/2023 calculated from 9/3/2018 (first date of arrival), no gaps, no out of UK travel.Planning to apply in begining of next month: Is this OK?

English language requirement she has B1 from Trinity college.
Life in UK passed.
We are home owners (mortgage) what document should we add: Official copy of register of Title received from solicitor be fine?

financial requirement:
I am self employed and to avoid hassle of too many documents am planning to go with cash saving. The amount should be £34600 for ILR, please correct me if this is wrong.

Cash savings are split in 2 Bank accounts both on my name.
I have added the lowest balance in each account for corresponding month and its always £41000+ for last 6 months, is this fine?

In documents supporting other reasons: My British sons birth ceritifcate and passport copy.

My ILR BRP along with My full passport copy including blank pages.

Working on cohabitation documents, utility bills, council tax, etc

Please advise if anything missing or incorrect.

Thank you
