Hello! I have applied for super priority service on 16 May, 22 May did biometric  and  24 May evening received standard misfortunate:
Thank you for your application for permission to stay in the UK. Although we would normally decide your application from the date of biometrics, unfortunately this is not going to be possible in your case.
I am sorry for the delay in dealing with your application and for the inconvenience this is causing. Please be assured that we are doing all we can to make a decision on your case as quickly as possible. 

I applied via solicitors they advice that we just need to wait. I am really nervous and start thinking what could be wrong with my application (ILR after -Tier 2)
The only thing that I applied using the passport I was using to enter the UK (where all UK stamps etc) and did not include the second passport where I have Schengen visa and was using to travel to Europe , and all  other stamps OUTSIDE the UK

The application form states under the Documents required section:


All previous passports, travel documents or

national identity cards that you have used to

travel to or remain in the UK


And solicitors told that its not mandatory  as I was not using my second passport to travel to the UK but I start thinking mb I should enclose it 
So the question is — if the second valid passport is required would HO request it or just refuse the application 
Can we send it at this stage while waiting  
Obviously I had no intention to hide it 
Can it be a deal breaker ?

UKVI may need more time to decide on an application for all sorts of reasons. This may have nothing to do with what you feel concerned about, i.e regarding the passports. UKVI will get back to you if they need more evidence from you

Thank you very much Zimba for your kind response yes I have surfed all the forums checking for timing/delays - and then it just hit me when I saw on gov.uk that they need all the passports so here I am sick worried that it is not just cause a delay but would be considered as a cheating - hence ILR refusal
therefor the question if there is a definite guidance if ALL the passports should be in the application or only used to enter the UK

As I said what you are concerned about may not be the issue. Many do not get a priority decision and this is quite normal

I am of the opinion the said passport could be material to the application in getting complete overview of your UK travel history in the way you described its use.
If it is, best is to expect for additional request for document from HO.
