Hi, first thank you for your inputs. Complicated situation for me requesting your help.

Husband:
2018 - Main applicant from Company 1 COS
2021 - Main applicant changed to Company 2 COS
2022 - Main applicant changed to Company 3 COS

Wife:
2018 - Dependent following Husband visa
2021 - Main applicant from Company A.
2021 - within 6months redundant. so again became as dependent from Husbands visa (Company 2 COS). Expiry in 2024.
In 2022 Husband visa changed to Company 3 COS but wife did not updated.

From the beginning kid followed father's visa as dependent.

Now Husband and Son are eligible to apply ILR.

Question:
1) Wife can be eligible for ILR in 2026 due to visa changes. Am I correct?

2) Before husband applies ILR, should wife need to again apply her dependent visa based upon current visa of husband (company 3 COS)? Or wife can extend her visa after husband ILR?

Please help.

Child will qualify for ilr when your partner does.

Extend partner PBS dependent visa shortly before the visa expires. It will be a 3 year visa extension. Child will also need a visa extension and apply for ilr when your partner does.

Partner needs 5 years on current dependent visa route before ilr, correct

Thanks for reply.

In this case only me (husband) can apply ILR now?

Both wife and child can apply ILR after my wife finishes 5 year?

Before I apply ILR should my wife update her dependent visa to my current COS or that is not required?

Please help.

Their visa has nothing to do with your job or COS. As long as you hold a valid skilled worker visa (or ILR), they can extend and remain here under the skilled worker route. Their visas remain valid until expiry and no action is required
