ILR for partner (PBS dependent)

Hi everyone,
Would like an advice please regarding ILR application for my wife.
I’m a doctor and came to UK on Tier 2 visa in 2015. My wife has joined me here in the UK in 2019 on a PBS dependent visa.
I have obtained a British Citizenship status through naturalisation more than a year ago and now its time to prepare my wife application for ILR using SET 0 form.
I have a question about cohabitation please. My wife and I have been living together since she arrived in the UK in 2019. However, in July this year, I have joined a temporary job for a year in Ireland ( as a fellowship training) while my wife is still in the UK living at our rented apartment ( joint tenancy agreement). I travel back to the UK to be with her almost every weekend.
This fellowship program would be for a year, ie ending in July 2024.
I searched the board here but couldn’t find any similar posts. Would someone be able to advise please or have an idea if this could have any impact on the application with regards to cohabitation rule?
