My wife and i got married in 2017 when we were both indian passport holders and she came in as my dependent when i was on sponsored visa.Since then i have acquired my British passport and she has updated her visa per below

1. PBS Dependant Leave to Remain – 12/10/2017- 27/06/2019
2. Spouse Leave to Remain – 10/06/2019- 07/01/2022
3. Spouse Leave to Remain – 23/12/2021- 20/07/2024

When can she apply for ILR?

She can get ILR within 28 days of completing 60 months under the 5-year spouse/family visa route, so from 13 May 2024. Use form SET(M).
If you got ILR under the skilled worker route, there was no need for her to switch to the family route at all. She could have remained under the dependent visa and would have qualified for ILR last year !

I stand to be corrected ; to me it seems the eligibility date is from 13/05/2024.
