Hi,

I'm on Tier2/Skilled Worker visa for 5 years. Currently I'm trying to prepare all the documents for me(main applicant) and my wife(dependent). Unfortunately the only bills where our both names present in full is council tax bill. I also have electricity/gas bills - but due to some IT error - all issued before this year contain only my name and first letter of surname and my wife's full name - like "Mr John M & Mrs Jane Smith" - and provider said it's not possible to correct them(however most recent ones contain both names in full).

So I'd be greatful if you can help me with the following questions:
1) Should I use those bills without my full surname present ?
2) Can I use bank statements issued for me/my wife separately - but both have the same address ?
3) Can I use tenancy agreement + extension letters for that agreement as cohabitation evidence ?

You can use any documents either jointly addressed or addressed to each of you individually at the same address.

PART1: Consent for the Home Office to verify application information
and my wife should sign PART2: Consent for the Home Office to verify third party information ?

Sign Part 1 and 2 alternately for each other, Part 3 write Not Applicable or NA
