When am dependents be Eligible to apply for ILR

Hi,
I have switched from ICT to skilled worker visa recently. The end date of the visa is 16th October 2028.
I am in the process of applying the dependent skilled worker visa for my spouse. If I go for a standard process which usually takes 6- 8 weeks and If I get the visa decision for my spouse on 25th of October she will not be able to complete the 5 complete years and will fall short of 5 yeras by some 10 days.
Will we need to go for an extension for her because of this short fall of10 days or It is fine to apply ILR without going for an extension?
Please respond as soon as possible so that I will go for a priority visa If standard process causes an issue.
