Dependent visa application while ILR approved for main

Few days back I applied for SET O which is approved today. And around 10 weeks back I applied for my UK born son dependent visa which is still pending. It was based on my skill worker Visa which was valid till mid 2024.
Now what will happen to his application? Whether it will be decided based on skill worker Visa or they will consider ILR and can ask for more IHS fee?

UKVI will consider what you have applied for, dependent visa.
What is the immigration status of the other parent?

And now I got ILR so planning to apply my son's naturalization but I already have his application pending for dependent visa.

The pending visa application has nothing to do with registering him as british. Note also, only adults are naturalised, children are registered.

Childs visa will have same expiry date as your spouse's visa.
There was no need to apply for a visa for the child if there are no travel plans.

We applied for his visa as we have travel plan and considering registration, passport and OCI will take good amount of time.
Thanks for your response
Documents for SET(O) dependent

I am preparing application for my spouse after getting my SET(O) approval.
But it's not asking cohabitation and financial documents in the checklist.
What I understood from other post that this checklist is not accurate and caseworker will ask for cohabitation documents even I provided those in earlier application. Is this correct?
Also do I need to provide any financial documents to show any balance etc?

You need to provide 2 years evidence of cohabitation to prove subsisting relationship as stated in the immigration rules. Caseworkers might or might not ask for additional documents. It is the applicants responsibility to submit what is required based on the immigration rules and the guidance notes. Each application you make to UKVI during the years have the set requirements. Just because you submitted something before, doesn't mean with the next application you do not have to submit them. UKVI don't go looking for your documents from past applications!!
Also do I need to provide any financial documents to show any balance etc?
There is no financial requirement. Unsure why you think there is.
SET (O) dependent start date

I am preparing for my spouse ILR. As per her 1st BRP on Tier2/Skill worker visa start date is 1st Dec 2018 and current visa valid till April 2024.
Date of entry or vignette is not relevant as it was in country application.
So I think her qualifying period starts after 4th Nov 2023.
Can I submit application on 3rd Oct 2023 (considering fee raise) and book biometric after 4 Nov 2023? Will there be any issue with or acceptable.

No one knows when fee raise will be done however you can apply as you outline above. Do look out for ability to use the submit button yourself.

Fee raise is applicable from 4 Oct 2023.
What do you mean by "Do look out for ability to use the submit button yourself."

Thanks on that. Correct.
Some report in recent time not seeing the option of submitting themselves.
