Will my ILR application fall be rejected

I am eligible for my ILR application in December. However some time last year I was done for speeding on the motorway and ended up getting a NIP. I accepted it was me driving at the time as I didn't wat to go court and gave all details as required in the NIP letter, however was still referred to court. I ended up with SP-50 on my license a fine and six points.

Does this mean Won't be eligible to apply for ILR in December?
I read somewhere I have to wait for another 24 months. Is the 24 months from the date of the incident or court ruling?

Please help, many thanks

No. Speeding has no effect on the ILR. Only recordable court convictions lead to refusal. Speeding on its own is not a recordable offence (i.e. it is not recorded on someone's criminal record)

hi all, I have just received my ILR. The speeding conviction did not impact the application as I was rightly advised by zimba.

Many thanks zimba
