Have couple of questions and any help/advice will be very useful.

I will be eligible for my ILR through LR route as I will be completing 10 years by 29th Dec.
Will apply ILR in Jan once I have completed the 10 years.

Assuming am granted ILR, What happens to my dependents visa - they have valid visa until mid of 2025.

Does their existing visa becomes invalid after I get my ILR .?

or Can they continue in their existing dependent visa until their existing visa expires in 2025 ?

Thanks.

Thanks for your prompt reply and this helps.

So they can continue on the same visa and are they allowed to travel outside of UK ? Will it be a problem while returning ?

Thanks.

Yes, same visa. Free to travel, no issue!

Also, try not to use DV as reference to what you mean by dependent visa.

For immigration , DV refers to Domestic Violence and relevant immigration applications.

Thanks CR001, that is very useful.

And will ensure I mention as Dependent Visa hereafter 👍
