Hi,

I have a question, I would like to pay my ILR application before 04/10 so I can benefits from the price increase

but I will book my Biometric for November,

Can I submit bankstatement and payslip for November instead of Sept/Oct?

As at the time of Biometric, the Nov payslips/Bankstatement would be the latest one

Your supporting documents must be dated on or before you submit online , which is the application date.

I am currently at the document checklist step and haven't paid anything yet

Yes, date of application is the date you submit and pay online.
