Hi All,

I entered in UK on 9th Nov, 2013 on Tier 2 ICT - Short Term visa which was valid from 8th aug, 2013 to 4th aug, 2014. I then travelled back to home country on 18th July, 2014 and switched back to Tier 2 ICT - Long Term valid from 15th Aug, 2014 to 14th Sep, 2019. I travelled back to UK on 20th Aug, 2014. Later I switched to Tier 2 General - dependent visa with first BRP issue date as 22nd Mar, 2019 (Although I applied in Nov, 2018). I am currently on dependent visa valid until April, 2025.

I have submitted Set (LR) - Super priority application online, however want to understand when I finish my qualifying period so I can book appointment for biometrics accordingly.

9 Nov 2013 + 10 years - 28 days = 12 October 2023 is the earliest date you qualify for ILR

Thank you Zimba. Does it mean 12th Oct is earliest I can submit online application? I have submitted online application already. can I take an appointment after 12th Oct and apply for super priority? or I just need to take the decision date as qualifying period which is 9th Nov.
