ILR and bank statements/payslips

Hi all,

I am applying for ILR Set (M), online application was submitted 24.9.23 and due to provide biometrics in a couple of days.

Please can I check if it would be ok if the latest bank statement only covers the period until 7th September (showing latest salary paid august 25th)? And to include payslips and bank statements for the 5 months prior to this as well so March-August inclusive.

We can provide a list of transactions until 30th September to include September's salary if needed. Would either of these options be acceptable or would we need to wait for a full month's statement to be produced 7th October before we submit the application?

Many thanks for advising.

You don't need to provide full month statement. Account print out reflecting the transactions not covered by account statement can be included and it will be considered.

That's really helpful, thank you so much for clarifying.

Please can I check whether the account print out showing the transactions not covered in the statement needs to be physically stamped on each page? The print out has an automatic stamp generated on each page but just wondered if the bank needs to also physically stamp each page or certify it as a true copy - would this be required?

Many thanks for advising.

No. There is no requirement for a stamp. All digital evidence is now accepted
