Please don't tag your topics on someone else's thread. Topics split.

She needs English test and Life in the UK for ILR.

Thank you for replying vinny. My daighter is above 18 years of age, can i still add on her my own application ? ( i am on 5 years route) . As i have read few pages and posts it says make separate application for children who are above 18. However i would like to mention that she has been present in the uk for last 5 years continuously.

You have to click on the link for a more expansive detail. The answer is yes you can. She would also need to pass LITUK and English language GESE Grade 5 (B1) test.

For settlement she needs to take the English test at B1 level (Trinity College London for example).

Yes i know she needs to do life in the uk, but as i mentioned she took her gcse’s in the uk and obtained gcse6 which is equivalent to B1, so does she still need to take English language test or can i submit copy of her gcse’s result?

As stated repeatedly, GCSE cannot be used. Need to comply with requirements to the letter and not what you think else you lose money and time.
