ILR 5 year route

Hi, I have a query about my case.

My wife will be eligible for ILR (5-year route) in a few months. I was her dependent until May'22, but I'm on PBS now. If my wife becomes ILR in a few months, can I apply for ILR as her dependent (I've lived in the UK since Aug'18 - but my visa type changed from Tier-2 ICT, Tier-2 General Dependent, PBS)

Thanks
^M

Please don't tag your queries on other members' topics.

What's your visa history, please? Be specific. State what visa you were on and from when to when.

Are you on PBS as main applicant?

You were already advised in March 2022 that you won't qualify for ILR if you keep switching from dependent to main PBS visa holder. You need 5 continuous years as dependent OR 5 continuous years as Skilled Worker visa holder to qualify for ILR based on 5 years.
