Hello Guys,
I am applying for ILR in coming few weeks, I have worked part time else where while I was in tier 2 general for 1 year. would that be a major issue. Can anyone suggest me a better way to approach my application.
Thank you

It is important to note that additional work must:
•Be for a role either on the Shortage Occupation List or have the same occupation code as the job that you are sponsored to do
•No more than 20 hours per week
•Outside of your working hours covered by your current CoS
•Not interfere with the hours that you would generally spend on your sponsored work.

The part time job I’ve worked in wasn’t in the shortage list. It was in a corner shop.

Then you breached your visa conditions if it wasn't in the same soc as your tier 2 job or a shortage occupation.
