Does "countries I have lived in" include travels?

Hi,

I am applying for ILR using the 5-year route. The application has this question:
Other countries you have lived in
Have you previously lived in a country outside the UK including your country of birth?
I have obviously lived in my home country since birth until I moved to the UK in 2015, then was a student for 3 years, then on work route for 5 years.

I will obviously mention my home country (from birth to 2015).

However, during both student visa and work visa periods, I have travelled multiple times to my home country, and many other times to other countries as tourist or for academic conferences. I have also done some travel before moving to the UK.

Which of these travels should I mention for THIS question? Do I need to mention my home country again and again for every time I went there for a trip? Do I need to mention, for example, a one-week trip to Greece? Which of these are countries I "lived in"?

(This question is different from the other question where we mention absences and entry/exits).

Thank you!

These questions are not even important at all. They have NO effect on your application.
