Pls I need your help on my current situation with my application am about too submit.
My name is Shawn
My question is have spent up over 10 years now in the UK and am due for my indefinite leave to remain, the only issue is that during previous applications on one occasion I got refused and appealed until a final decision was made by the judge and my application was rejected which I immediately made an application with 14 days of the rejection and my application was later granted.
My question is within that 14 days which I made my application until my application was granted will it count has gap or are my okay.
Pls I need your kind opinions on this please

Provide immigration history with exact dates for your applications, visa issue dates and expiry, refusal, etc

Thank you for reply
Sorry I didn’t reply you on time just being working long hrs
My info are below
Student visa. 20/08/2010 till 28/10/2013 = 3Yrs
Leave to remain
spouse/partner 09/12/2013 till 09/06/2016 = 3Yrs
Was going through a divorce between 09/12/2013 till 09/06/2016
Submitted new application = 17/05/2016
Got refused = 17 /01/2017
Lodged appeal = 27/01/2017
Dismissed appeal = 02/12/2017
First tier permission
for appeal = 14/12/2017
First tier tribunal
Refused permission to
Appeal to upper tribunal. = 30/05/2018
Submission of appeal to
Upper tribunal. = 08/06/2018
Upper Tribunal.
Refused appeal. = 07/10/2018
Then made valid fresh application within 11 days after the refusal from the upper tribunal.
Submitted fresh application = 18/10/2018
Visa granted = 08/04/2019
My question is I know I exhausted all my appeal right but made a valid application with 14 days after the refusal from the upper tribunal and my visa was granted based on 10yrs route so do I stand a chance of applying for the 10 Years long residency in the UK for indefinite leave to remain
Please your advice will be most helpful pls
Leave to remain
10 yrs route 1st App. 08/04/2019 till 08/10/2021 = 3Yrs
Extended leave on
10 Yrs route 2nd App. 29/07/2022 till 31/12/2024 = 3Yrs

Thank you so much for your kind assistance am most grateful so that means after I exhausted all my appeal rights and submitted a fresh application within 14 days does means I have no gaps and the HO shouldn’t give any problems?
