I have a question on why the option to pay for Priority Service is not available I apply online for ILR after five years on T1 Ent. HO advertised that this service is available. I was told to check the portal after midnight as that is when a limited number of slots for Priority Service is made available. Can anyone confirm this is a standard process by HO?

As I pointed out, it appears if there is capacity. Keep trying and you may find one. No one can tell you when
