English requirement for ILR via GTV route

Hi folks,

Can someone apply for ILR under the GTV route with an IELTS expired in October 2021? Please note that the same IELTS was used by the same person to acquire a Tier 2 visa to enter the UK in October 2019.

Are you asking for yourself or for someone else??

We know your immigration history and your spouses' immigration history is a mess, so I don't know how you have 3 years GTV, if you are asking for yourself, to qualify for ILR.
