ILR Set (LR) or Set (M)

Hi all, just wanted some confirmation about my circumstances for ILR application. I have been in UK for over 10 years now since Sept 2013, under various visas.

I am currently on my extended spouse visa (5 year route) and should be able to apply under ILR Set (M) in Feb 2025.

But just wondering given that I have been in UK for over 10 years now, would I qualify to apply sooner under ILR Set (LR) instead?

I am just confused because I was told that when I switched over from my Tier 2 (general) work visa to my spouse visa that my qualifying time would reset?

The following are the visas I held for more clarification

1. Tier 4 (General) Student ( 05/09/2013 - 02/10/2017)
2. Tier 2 (General) (08/09/2017 - 14/08/2020)
3. Spouse - 5 year route (28/02/2020 - 28/08/2022)
4. Extended Spouse - 5 year route (22/08/2022 - 22/02/2025)

Many thanks in advance for any advice or comments.

Yes, you can apply for ILR LR if you meet all the requirements.

Don't believe everything people tell you.
