I have been trying to get the super priority option for my SET(LR) application for past week. I tried it at 12AM, 12:30 AM and 1 AM. However no luck. Have they changed the time, when priority options are made available?

This has been answered many many times before. Priority service is only offered if there is capacity. There is no guarantee that you will see new slots at any specific time
