Salary requirement for ILR

Hi

I am in a similar situation like you. I will be completing my 5 years in Dec 2024 on the Skilled Worker Visa. My wife and kids came 10months after.

There is a minimum salary for those transitioning from Skilled Worker to ILR. This can be found here:https://www.gov.uk/indefinite-leave-to- ... quirements. I am not too sure about dependents and will like to find out more about this myself. Here (https://www.gov.uk/indefinite-leave-to- ... ly-members), it is stated that for partner and dependents, you should have enough money to support yourself and them. Here also it mentions that you must have enough income to support yourself, partner and dependents, but doesn't specify the exact amount. The information implies that there is a salary requirement.

Just like you, I will appreciate any clarity on this.

Many thanks

First of all, do NOT tag your query on other posts !
The rules very likely change next year in regards to the skilled worker route. So I suggest looking out for those changes around April time.

Currently Only the main applicants have income requirements for ILR but their dependants have no such requirement at all. The link you shared clearly tells that YOU (i.e. the main applicant) must have enough income to support yourself and your dependents
