My daughter was born here in UK in Jan 2015 and is 9 years this month.
She has been on various visa categories as dependant to us(parents) under
- ICT visa dependant - 5 years
- student visa and psw dependant - 4 years
And has never spend more than 180 days outside U.K

Can she apply for ILR under private life.

If yes, can we as parents apply as dependant once she is granted ILR. Else what options do we have?

Please note we have recently switched to tier 2 skilled worker visa.

I wouldn't say so - see post2129773.html#p2129773 for clarification.
In a nutshell, since you're migrant workers, it won't be unreasonable for her to expect her leave the UK - kids are expected to follow their parents.

Stay on skilled worker visa.

She might be able to be registered in a year under form T if she satisfies requirements - see https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... t-guidance for guidance.

We are exploring options since we are short of 6 months for ILR - LR 10 years ie eligible on 19 June 2024 based on first visa 19july 2014

Though the skilled worker visa is valid till October 2024 but main applicant is likely to be made redundant this month.

So trying figure to get extension for 6-7 months somehow.

Highly appreciate your help.

As you are under the skilled worker route, private life very likely can't work for the UK-born child: indefinite-leave-to-remain/ilr-for-7-ye ... l#p2085439

I'd say it is very unlikely that a skilled worker visa will be curtailed, so you may have until summer to cover the time needed. Even if curtailed, you get probably 6 months on the visa which should be enough
