Accountant's certificate of Confirmation

Hi all
I am sponsoring my wife's ILR as a 'director of a specific limited company in the UK' (Category F)

I therefore need to get an accountant's certificate of confirmation from an accountant who is a member of a UK recognised Supervisory Body. However, I am actually a chartered accountant as such (and a member of a UK recognised supervisory body) and have therefore always done my own accounts.

Long shot getting an answer here - but does anyone know if I am able to do my own certificate as a result? The wording in the Appendix doesn't state that I cannot be that accountant, but its a bit 50:50 for me how they will receive this

Thank you

Samy

You can not confirm your own accounts even as a chartered accountant. I hope you have friends in the industry that can do it feel free though.
