Hi,

My wife came to UK on 2nd Feb 2019, which means she should be eligible to apply for ILR from today (5th Jan 2024) She will complete the online application over the weekend.

Her Spouse visa was extended in September 2021.

Is the following list of documents correct(Photocopies/eCopy) for ILR?
1. Cover Letter
2. Marriage Certificate
3. Spouse (my) UK passport
4. Her BRP and Indian Passport
5. Her 3 months Payslips and corresponding bank statements (she makes more than threshold)
6. Her Employment Verification Letter
7. Her IELTS certificate and Life in UK pass number.
8. My 3 months payslips and corresponding bank statements (I make more than threshold)
9. Our Joint account statement (mortgage and bills are paid from it)
10. Our mortgage statement (Should be okay to prove residence?) - on joint names
11. 2 annual council tax statements - on joint names
12. 4 (spaced 6 months apart Jan/Dec) Electric statement - on joint names
13. 4 (spaced 6 months apart Mar/Sep) Water statement - on joint names

Do we need to include anything else?

6 months payslips and 6 months bank statements are required. You only need this from one of you not both.
