SET M ILR APPLICATION

I arrived in the UK on 10 February 2019. My understanding is that I can apply 28 days before the 5 year entry anniversary.

My question is if I apply under super priority and do my biometrics before the end of January, won't it be problematic that I haven't lived here for 5 years, yet?

The guidelines say that you need 5 years but if you apply under super priority 28 days before your 5 year entry date, you won't meet the requirement. Is it better to wait until 10 Feb to apply? I don't want them to delay my application by being too eager and applying too early.

Also, when asking how long have you lived here, should you say 5y0m or 4y11m?
