I have a query regarding the timelines when I can apply for ILR

Initial application submitted : 20 Feb 2019
Initial Biometric appointment : 22 Feb 2019
Visa Decision email : 12 March 2019
Visa Validity Start date : 01 April 2019
First UK entry date : 19 April 2019

Among these above 5 dates, which one would be the earliest valid date to count towards 5 year timeline to apply ILR this year?

I have satisfied the condition of staying outside the UK for less than 180 days in a given year.

What visa are you on?
Different routes have different routes.

I am on skilled worker visa

To determine the eligibility for ILR, use the earliest date of visa approval date on an immigration document you were given e.g first sticker or the issue date of the first BRP. Your eligibility date is that date plus 5 years minus 28 days

As I said, it is the earliest date on ANY immigration document. So you will use the bRP issue date
