Hi all,
I applied for ILR and recently I received an email that home office needs more documents, I sent all documents needed then they sent me an email for phone interview
Has anyone same position? What will they ask in that interview?

Thank you in advance

The questions will probably be about your business and the duties of your employees in the company. Pretty standard stuff

And do you have any idea what type of question they will ask?
I know everyone about my role and my employee role and all job description,
Do I have to know anything about accounting or HMRC?

Thank you in advance

The question as I said, will be about YOUR business. They are not trying to check your knowledge of accounting or HMRC rules. This is not a test :? However, you are expected to know the general laws regarding employment, taxes, etc.

So the interview would clearly be to defend the documents you sent. Prepare for that. No one here has a crystal ball that could tell us what to expect. i reckon every interview of this nature is different and based on definitive circumstances.

Hi everyone,
Yesterday I received an email , my application was successful, after phone interview, they asked for many photos of my business and 10 days later, they made a decision on my application.

Thank you all for helping and supporting in that stressful time.

Hope all you be happy.
