I applied a fresh application from my home country in Dec 2018, visa was granted for following,
Valid from: 16/01/2019 (arrival in UK 10/02/2019)
Expired on: 25/10/2021
Applied extension and dates are below,
Valid from: 29/11/2021
Expired on: 03/06/2024
My question is can I apply my ILR in February as I will have my 5 years completed or should I just wait until May/June?
Thank you very much in advance.

You will be eligible for ILR within 28 days of completing your 5 years, counting from the very first visa approval date of entry. Your current visa expiry is irrelevant

Spouse visa is counted from date of entry.

Thanks for the correction. Missed that one

Thanks guys. It turns out my passport expire in April 11th. Now I know I can apply ILR right away (thanks to you guys) but I'll have to renew my passport first. Or can I apply my extension/ILR before that with over 2 months validity on my passport?
Thanks a lot.

You can apply as long as your passport is valid

My application is ready and next step is to pay fees. As my passport expires on 11 of April, my question is what if the decision is made after my passport has expired. I have ID card of my country of origin, would that help. Or is it worth paying for priority service instead? I am not in rush but just to avoid any trouble with passport getting expired while application is under consideration.
Thank you very much in advance.

Doesn't matter. Needs to be valid on date of application and for your biometric appointment date. You were already advised of this! You should however renew your passport as soon as possible.

This is completely irrelevant to the UK.

I am failing to understand why you think there is an issue here??
