Hi, can someone help by clarifying the below

1. if it's possible to submit an ILR application before your 5 years exactly and then book the biometrics on a date after you have reached 5 yrs.

2. What are the chances of obtaining an ILR if you have exceeded 180 days in a particular year. The reason for more days being over 180 is because I work for a UK company on rotational work abroad.

3. If 2 is complex who has experience dealing with such a case and they are willing to have me as their client

Thanks

2. What are the chances of obtaining an ILR if you have exceeded 180 days in a particular year. The reason for more days is because I work for a UK company but I am on shift basis abroad. You need to comply with requirements and not risk loss of fees and time.

3. If 2 is complex who has experience dealing with such a case and they are willing to have me as their client ti's is not a platform for such service, you will need to get yourself a solicitor

Thanks

Many thanks for your reply.
My final question, can you travel outside the UK at all before you do your biometrics?

You have already submitted application and travel afterwards will be considered a withdrawal of the Immigration application.
