hey, we are on the spouse visa route and i wanted to check if my spouse can now apply for ILR please:

first BRP issue date: 29-01-2019
visa vignette date: 08-02-2019
date of entry to UK (passport stamp): 01-03-2019
current BRP expires on: 05-06-2024

can someone please confirm if the 5 year ILR eligibility has already been met and we can safely apply?

date of entry to UK (passport stamp): 01-03-2019

This is the start of the qualifying period that the ILR is based on. She can apply no sooner than within 28 days before 1st March.

current BRP expires on: 05-06-2024
