ILR 5 year spouse visa route

Hi Everyone,
Is it true that 5-Year (spouse visa) ILR rules set to change in November 2023? I would appreciate if there is guide available?

I have been informed by someone so wasn't sure if that is true that we will be eligible for ILR only after completing 10 instead of 5 years

We regularly hear these kinds of rumours that have no basis in reality. What someone says is irrelevant. The changes to the rules are often announced in advance by the home office

My wife is aiming to apply for ILR in February 2024 on 5 years spouse route.
I have been trying to find if there is any guidance / checklist available to help us in this process?

Note that you can upload any document under whichever category, just ensure it is uploaded as CW will check through ALL uploaded items.
