Date on employer letter

We submitted my husbands ILR on 11th jan and he has his biometrics on Monday. Just uploading the documents and saw the employer letter should be dated up to 28 days before the submission date. Ours is dated 28 November so outside of this date. I can get an updated letter but it would then be dated after 11th January as they won’t backdate it. Which would be better?
