Hi All,

I am currently on resignation period with my current employer but have reference letter for my application and have got new employer with the VISA as well.

Can I apply for ILR with my current employer's reference letter and payslips while using BRP number and CoS of new employer on my ILR application?

Or I have to wait to join new employer to get payslips and then apply?

Join the new employer.
Remember your employer letter to support your application need to state you are required for the foreseeable future.

This is only option you have. If you already have a new visa, you have new sponsor and you need documents and payslip from your new job.
