Hi,
My 10 year long residence is completed. I had come to UK back in 2013 on Tier 4 Visa then changed to Tier 2 and then changed to spouse visa. Currently am on Spouse Visa. I still have about 2 years before my 5 years are completed on spouse visa.
Could I check if i can apply for ilr based off the long residence route now?
Thanks,

Have you had any absences that are over 180 days? Were all your visas long term study visas?

If you fulfilled requirements under the LR route (guidence -
https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... accessible ), which seems to be the case, you can apply now.

@Toxic , you've been on this forum for a while and should know how things work here - why did you decide to just take over someone else's post?

The same still applies today. If the service is available, you will see the option. Most report seeing the option at around midnight or thereafter.
Super priority depends on UKVI capacity and might not always be available. It is also not a guaranteed service.

The advice remains the same as it was given in 2021. Super priority service is quite limited and is offered only if available

You only have to wait 12 months if you are not married to a british citizen. Your route to ilr is irrelevant.
Ask citizenship questions in the correct sub forum
