Hi All,

I need some advise on ILR eligibility for 10 Year Route.

I was on ICT Short Term valid from 25-Jul-14 to 24-Jul-15 and Landed in UK on 27 July 2014??
Travelled back to home country on 29-Jun-15 and applied for ICT Long term Visa(2 years) Valid from 20-Aug-15 to 18 Aug 2020 and travelled to UK again on 29-Aug-15.(so was out for more than 2 months) The Visa was further extended and was on this Visa till 20-Jan-2020. During the validity of this visa, i travelled to Germany on work permit for 3 months between Dec 2018 - Feb 2019 and then came back to UK.
I switched to Skilled worker dependent Visa on 21-Jan-20 as was there on that Visa till 09-Dec-21.
Then i moved to Skilled worker Visa from 10-Dec-21 and till date I am on same visa.
I have been working with same company all these years.

1.Do I qualify for ILR via 10 year route as i travelled to home country in 2015 to apply ICT long term and also to Frankfurt in 2018-2019?
2.When should i be eligible to apply for ILR?
3.What all documents will be required ?
4.I already gave English language test while applying for Skilled worker visa, is it required again ?

1. Yes, as you left while holding a valid visa and returned within 6 months
2. From 1 July 2024
3. Passports, LIUK, proof of English language
4. It can be reused

thanks Zimba for your prompt response. Will there be any issue as i was not having any UK visa from 24-Jul-15 to 20-Aug-15 ? as it can be termed as not continuous ?
