Enquiry about ILR

I would like to know the reasons for the withdrawal of endorsement by UKRI in relation to the Global Talent Visa (GTV).

If an individual receives endorsement from UKRI under the fast-track route for securing a position as a KTP associate in a University for a 2-year contract and later decides to switch jobs due to disagreements with the employer or shifts to a new role in a different field that was not part of the original endorsement, can UKRI withdraw its endorsement?

Is it necessary for the applicant to remain in the same job for the entire contract period to prevent endorsement withdrawal?

To be eligible for ILR, is it acceptable to switch jobs, even if it’s in a different field, as long as the individual has already earned a salary in the designated field for which the endorsement was issued for a minimum of three months?

In general, under what scenarios does UKRI withdraw its endorsement for the fast-track category (Route 3)?

Can the University/company request UKRI to withdraw the endorsement, as the employee quit the contract?

Please help with these questions.

You were advised on this when you asked previously in another thread here: indefinite-leave-to-remain/gtv-ilr-if-i ... l#p2150415

THE ENDORSEMENT PROCESS IS NOT AN IMMIGRATION RELATED ISSUE

Endorsement and the process around it has NOTHING to do with the immigration rules or the immigration system per se. The process is managed by a relevant endorsing body. It seems you keep posting the same question over and over, without understanding what is being said. ILR under GTV route requires you to simply be endorsed. The endorsement process is NOT covered by anything related to the immigration rules or the immigration system so it is OUTSIDE the scope of such a system. So any how or why or when questions or any endorsement-related questions must be directed to the endorsing body NOT to an immigration forum.
