Very few people are under this route so you may not get any response.

Interviews for ILR are very rare. You should expect a response within 8 weeks to 6 months when applying for ILR using standard service

Sole Rep to ILR as Zimba says is not common as there is a very low number of sole rep visas issued as a starting point.
I wouldn’t stress too much about the process. Make sure you are prepared with the appropriate documentation, submit it and it will be a waiting game.

If you get invited to interview, that means there is a possibility the Home Office are considering a refusal, it is not a fact checking exercise. It is very rare to be invited to interview under sole rep. route.
