Hi All,
I Have a quick question.
I got a spouse visa on 17/05/2019.
I arrived in the UK on 05/06/2019.
I am on a 5 years route with no 180 holidays outside a year.

I wanted to know if I can apply for ILR on 18/05/2024 on a priority service. If not can anyplease please confirm what is the earliest date I can apply ILR only on a priority service?

1. You can apply within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of the date you entered the uk.

2. There is NO "180 days absence limit" for spouse visa holders.

3. There is no 5 day priority service for spouse visa holders. You only have standard option or if available, super priority service.

Can apply from 08/05/2024. Calculate from your date of entry into UK and NOT visa issued date
