What visa is the child on and what visa are you on?

No. You are a skilled worker, so your child is expected to accompany you:

A question of ILR for 7 years child Apply Form

Hi all,
As I mentioned in another question, my daughter was born in UK and never left UK so we never applied VISA for her, so the question of the form below:
Your current UK immigration status: Do you have a current UK visa, entry clearance or grant of leave?
Should I select YES or NO ? We know we have the birth certificate, is that a valid grant of leave?

1. Topics merged. Keep all your questions about the same query in ONE topic.
2. No, a birth ceetifictae is NOT a "valid grant of leave"!! It is only a record of birth. A valid grant of leave is a VISA.

Why do you have two accounts?

Apply for ILR for such a child has a very high possibility of refusal as explained

Living here for 7 years as a child, even if born here is not enough for ILR under Appendix Private Life
Priority option

I am ready to apply VISA for my daughter, she has already live in UK for 7 years and born in UK. I want to select the Priority or Super Priority service, but just only standard service can be selected every day. Can I know if such kind of VISA has Priority option?
I do refresh the page 0:00 every day
thank you

You can see eligible visas on
https://www.gov.uk/faster-decision-visa ... ide-the-uk
I do not see visa that I assume you're applying for (private life) as available option.

Do note that not all types of applications are eligible for Priority processing, do check what category yours falls under.
The service availability is based on HO's capacity to accommodate such besides the basic/normal service.

OP's UK Born daughter has no visa status for the past 7 years so highly likely the only application OP can make if private life.

So sorry that what's the OP mean? she is under the private life route now, so private life route no priority option? And I can see there's another route under Family Visa below, can I apply it? Thank you
Under "Apply as a child (family visa)", there mentions "You may also be able to apply if any of the following are true:
you’re under 18 and were born in the UK before your parent settled here - you can have any immigration status, including if you never had a visa"

Yes, we are applying the private life for her, so based on the link which you shared, I should have the "next working day" option

, but no now, /cry

Where do you see this?
I do not see this option in the "settlement " category (and you're applying to settle).

Parental Status in the UK
Are all the people who have parental responsibility for you either:
A British citizen
Settled in the UK
Applying for settlement
(Required)
Yes No
I have settled status , my husband holds the family visa depend on me . For this part , I should choose YES or NO ? Many thanks.

Your husband (which is the other parent of the child I assume) is still on limited leave, not settled. Select No.

Hi All,
I am presently in the process of applying for settlement for my daughter under the private life route for children under 7 years old. HM has requested the submission of documents for "Evidence of any access arrangements such as a child arrangement order or evidence of parental involvement in the child's life such as proof of financial contributions or decisions on the child's welfare".
Could you please assist me by explaining which documents I need to submit? Thank you.
