ILR acknowledgement email

Hi all,
First time posting and hopeful someone can help me out. I’ve been keeping an eye on the ILR timeline and am very worried mine hasn’t come through!
Online application was submitted 23rd Nov 23.
Biometrics were done 15th Dec 23.
However we only received the acknowledgement email 22nd Jan 24.
Based on the ILR timelines most people have been getting acknowledgement emails pretty much immediately. Is this indicative of when I can expect a decision?
My husband and I are due to travel in April so any reassurance or ideas around this would be much appreciated! Is there also any way to contact someone at UKVI about this?
