ILR application skilled worker and dependant extension

Hi. My wife is the main visa holder and I am on a PBS dependant partner visa. She is now eligible for ILR application (she entered UK on 28/08/2018)
However our daughter (5yrs) and I joined her 6 months later - hence eligible for ILR only in March 2024.
Currently all 3 of us have our visas expiring on 094/09/2023.

My understanding after reading gov.uk guidance is that she can apply for ILR now and we can apply for normal PBS dependant visa extension (as we are not yet eligible for ILR)

1) is my understanding correct ? (the reason I am asking this is that once her ILR is approved our route will be FLRM - but technically right now when my daughter and I applying she is still on a tier 2 visa.)

2)Is it a new rule asking for evidence of absence even if less than 180 days in a rolling year

3) The list of mandatory/other documents in my wifes application (we already started the application)does not include address proof(continuous living in UK proof) like council tax bill, utility bills etc. We are apprehensive to proceed as we were expecting to submit multiple proofs with 3 months gaps. Is this a concern they did not include this in the documents required?

The qualification period for ILR under the skilled worker route starts from the initial visa issue date NOT the date of first entry. She can apply for ILR and you can get a skilled worker dependant visa extension even if she gets ILR. You still can extend under the skilled worker route as her dependants (no need to switch to the family route at all)

There is also no requirement to provide proof of address under the rules. The cohabitation evidence is only needed when YOU apply as her spouse for ILR. She does not need such evidence as a main applicant

Can my daughter and I apply for our visa extension with the UAN from last visa application extension of my wife from Dec 2022. As our application is asking "has your partner applied for skilled worker visa?" and we need to provide a UAN. This is slightly confusing as she is currently filling up her ILR application.
Should we first fill up her ILR application/apply and then enter her new UAN in our application ?

Input the old UAN. This is to get a link or ref to data HO has already.

Once I have finished my application form - I was directed to payment page - but there is no priority or super priority, I only see "standard service" as my option although the page heading is "paying for a faster decision".
Why is this ? Should I log out and retry this step later ?

I am filling my form and one question in the section "people applying with you" is
" are any of (wife's name) children applying with you?" obviously I answered yes.
but the next question is slightly confusing -
"have any of (wife's name) children already applied ?" - what does this mean ? Is it asking if my daughter has already applied on a previous date? or has she applied before I submitted mine. we are filling forms simultaneously.

Asking if any applying around this same time you are applying. Would guess question is to reference the other application and or link such information or application together.

My wife's ILR application- other documents include this
- Evidence of (name)'s immigration status in the UK
and at the bottom of the list it also asks for BRP as a separate document.

what is the "evidence of immigration status" is it not the BRP ?

The BRP is used to meet both purposes.

Hi
I am on PBS dependant visa and will be applying for ILR this month. I am already registered with GMC in 2019 (which required IELTS) and practice as a doctor, will this suffice or do I need to sit IELTS again or can I prove my primary medical degree was taught in English ?

You need a new B1 test or a foreign degree assessed by ecctis. Both options cost the same, B1 test is quicker
