ILR Set(M) Cash Savings Query

Hi all,
Quick question re: cash savings and 6 months etc for Set (M). Not sure if I am overthinking....
If I submit application today (7 March 2024) I need to provide statements for 6 months showing funds of at least £34,600 were in my account - so from 7 September 2023.
My statements run to 19th of the month, so last statement is for 20 Jan 2024 to 19 Feb 2024. This is within 28 days of today. But.... would the Home Office look at that and say "you have only shown you held the funds from 7/9/2023 to 19/2/2024 which is 5.5 months, not 6 months"? Should I provide statements from 19 August 2023 to 19 February 2024?
Cheers for any pointers!

You must ensure the statements cover at least full 6 months, within 28 days of applying for ILR

Hold off to get the full 6months that you can evidence, there is no consideration around meeting financial requirements.

Thanks Zimba and AmazonianX,
I have had the funds in the account since March 2023 so can evidence and provide at least 6 months ownership of the funds. If I provided statements covering e.g. 20 July 2023 to 19 February 2024 (which would be 7 statements in total), and applied within 28 days of 19 February 2024 (so before 18 March 2024) have I met what they want?
Cheers

Hi again all, sorry 2 more questions just to confirm I'm on the right track:
1. Mrs Belawanwarrior passed her Trinity English B1 test in July 2021. Appreciate that is over 2 years ago, but we used that for her FLR application when minimum level required was A2. Am I right in thinking that her existing certificate is still applicable, even though over 2 years, as it is at B1 and was used successfully for a previous application?
2. We have rented for the past 2.5 years apart from 3 weeks between properties which we spent at my parents' house. Do I only need a letter from my mum saying we stayed there, she owns the property, had our own room etc? Or do we need to provide the title deeds, bills (either in my name or parents' names) etc?
Cheers again!

Hi again all.
Almost ready to submit so am at the most nervous point and just want to confirm....
I'm applying ILR Set(M) using category D cash savings. The source of the savings is that I wound up my limited company by taking members' voluntary liquidation. There were no debts, not bankrupt - everything in company account was profit. The liquidators then paid me a dividend in March 2023 which was the profits minus their costs and then I had a CGT bill which I paid by 31 Jan 2024.
This dividend exceeded £34,600 and the account has not gone below £34,600 for 12 months. Just want to confirm that, despite the source of funds being a dividend, I can definitely apply using Category D because the funds have been in my account over 6 months, and always over £34,600 for more than 6 months....?
Cheers
BW

Yes, you definitely can and do meet financial requirements using savings.
