ILR 5 YEAR ROUTE - Request for further cohabitation evidence

Hi,

In the process of awaiting application for ILR 5 Year Route and received email requesting further evidence of cohabitation despite originally submitting 6 joint name docs and 4 additional single name docs.

Have subsequently sent 19 joint name docs and 6 single name docs each to SETMdocs@homeoffice.gov.uk as requested with case id in the subject.

However I have sent this as a zip file as wanted everything organised and at a decent file size.

Does anyone know if zip is acceptable? Have had no bounce back or follow up since emailing last Thursday.

Please advise.

Many thanks.

Zip files are not normally a problem, if they are unhappy to open it or can’t open it they will ask you for the documents separately.

Hi,

I’m in the process of sending supporting documents to Home Office on the same email address.

Could you please update if your documents were received by home office? If so what was the size of your zip file you sent or the size limit accepted by them.

Thank you in advance, your response will be much appreciated 😊
