ILR - for my dependants

Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing this to seek advice regarding my dependent status before we apply for the ILR application.

For your information, My wife and I (main applicant - skilled worker) have been living in the UK for more than 5 years now(under the same type of skilled worker visa) and we are planning to apply for the ILR in the next couple of days.

However, last summer, I applied for an 'update visa-change employer' without including my wife. I believe her VISA will remain the same as it is. (based on research from the HO website as per attached below)

-Our previous VISA will expire in Nov 2024
-My new expired visa will expire in June 2024 (after applying for 'update visa-change employer')
-My wife VISA will remain expire in NOV 2024 (please correct this if I'm wrong)

The question is, before we apply for ILR, does she need to apply 'update visa-change employer'? or if we submit our ILR application, will we get rejected due to this scenario/circumstances? If our ILR application gets rejected, would we be able to claim the refund back?

As our circumstances are a bit unclear after I applied for an 'update visa-change employer' without including my wife. Therefore, I don't want to apply for the ILR without doing solid research beforehand just in case.

I look forward to hearing from you and wish you a great day ahead.

Kind regards,
Halim

Her current visa remains OK even with the update you did.
This will not negatively impact the ILR application.

Your spouse already posted a query.

Please do not use multiple usernames asking about the same application. It is unfair to the forun members who volunteer their time for free.

Multiple usernames are strictly not permitted on the forum

Ohh ok. I am completely not aware that she is doing this research too. Sorry for any inconvenience.
