ILR dependant proof of English

I would be due for ILR on Tier 2 dependant at the end of the year. I'm confused as to what to use to prove my English knowledge. I have M.Sc which I converted through ENIC which states:
UK framework levels: RQF Level 7/ SCQF Level 11/ CQFW Level 7
The confusion is that it doesn't say anywhere there that it was thought in English and when applying, it was stated that it was for the purpose of immigration for UKVI.
QUESTION: Should go ahead and use it as it might be the format they use or I should write a level B English test. Thank you.

No, that is a 'Statement of Comparability' from UK ENIC which is NOT suitable to prove your English language level.
You need an appropriate 'Visas and Nationality Statement' document from ECCTIS: https://ecctis.com/Qualifications/VAN/Default.aspx
Alternatively, you can sit and pass SELT at B1: https://www.trinitycollege.com/qualific ... SE-grade-5
