ILR Application With an Overseas CCJ

Hello all,
I recently qualified for applying for an ILR and planning to apply as soon as possible. However, there are some court judgements against me dating from 2019/2020 in Turkey. I have paid all my debts in 2021/2022 and now all accounts are closed/balances settled and court records show that I paid off all my debts.
My question is, should I disclose it? Would they be able to see my overseas records? I'm not worried about disclosing it, but more like worried about proving that I paid all balances. There are a heap of documentation, but they're quite complicated even for me and in a different language.
Would only verbal description be sufficient? As I guess if they see my records, they must see that they're settled as well, right?
