Hi Gurus,

I will be eligible for my ILR (I have TIER 2 General visa) this year end.
BRP issue date: 20.12.2019

My son was born on 10 september 2021. WIll he be eligible for ILR as he did not complete 5 years in UK?
I am not planning for british passport. So can I apply for ILR? or what is the route i should go for. Please suggest.

There is no minimum 5 years for children.

Child can apply for ILR when both parents do.
